Analysis of job satisfaction and influencing factors of preventive vaccination personnel in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps
Abstract
Abstract
Background: Job satisfaction among preventive vaccination personnel is crucial for ensuring the quality and sustainability of vaccination programs. Understanding the factors that influence their job satisfaction can help improve workforce stability and performance. This study analyzes the job satisfaction levels and influencing factors of preventive vaccination personnel in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among vaccination personnel using a structured questionnaire covering demographics, work environment, workload, compensation, training, and job satisfaction. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, ANOVA, and multivariate regression to identify key factors associated with job satisfaction.
Results: The overall job satisfaction level among the personnel was moderate. Factors significantly associated with higher satisfaction included supportive work environment, adequate training opportunities, reasonable workload, and competitive compensation. Conversely, long working hours and lack of recognition were negatively associated with job satisfaction.
Conclusion: Improving job satisfaction among preventive vaccination personnel requires addressing work environment, workload, training, and incentives. Policymakers and administrators should focus on these areas to enhance employee well-being and optimize vaccination services in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
