Analysis of fluoride testing results in Chengde drinking water from 2020 to 2021
Abstract
Abstract
This study analyzes the fluoride concentration levels in drinking water samples collected from Chengde City between 2020 and 2021. Regular monitoring was conducted across multiple water supply sources to assess compliance with national drinking water standards and evaluate potential health risks related to fluoride exposure. The results indicate that fluoride levels in most samples were within the safe range recommended by health authorities, with minor fluctuations observed across different seasons and water sources. No instances of excessive fluoride concentration exceeding the national limit were detected, suggesting effective water quality management. The study highlights the importance of continuous monitoring to prevent fluorosis and ensure safe drinking water quality for the residents of Chengde.
